Adecco US, Inc. Collections Representative_CFS in Mount Laurel, New Jersey

Adecco is recruiting a B2B Collections Representative to join a hybrid team n Mount Laurel NJ.

This position is a potential Temp-to-Perm opportunity and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in collections.

As a B2B Collections Representative, you will be responsible for handling the collections process, ensuring the recovery of debts, maintaining professional relationships with clients, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : At least 2 years of experience in B2B collections

  • Required Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed service expectations

  • Ability to handle collections in a professional and courteous manner

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the collections process for outstanding debts

  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients

  • Maintain accurate records of all communication with clients

  • Ensure that all collections are handled in a timely and efficient manner

  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure debts are paid and accounts remain in good standing

  • Report on collections progress and maintain necessary documentation

  • Assignment Type : Temporary (with the potential for a permanent position)

  • Work Environment : This is a Hybrid position

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
