Job Description:

• Office setting away from the laboratory

• Review and asses product complaint

• Perform incident investigations

• Manage CAPA program (Corrective Action/Preventative Action)

• Perform internal and external audits

• Approve SOPs

• Provide validation assistance when necessary

• Any additional Quality Assurance designated by the Director

• Review Batches for batch release
