This role will be located in Mountain View or San Francisco.

The NAMER CWBP will actively partner with business leaders to provide strategic consultative services on how best to leverage contingent workforce solutions and collaborate cross functionally within the organization to foster a culture of ownership, trust, and collaboration. Providing usage trends and business insights is key for a strong partnership with the leaders, HRBP community, and key stakeholders.

The ideal person will have experience building a program strategy and influencing cross functional partners to execute and meet desired results. We are looking for someone who has a thoughtful point of view about the Contingent Workforce industry and can identify and articulate talent trends to help the business meet their goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn to help support and address the needs of the business

  • Partner with the CW Director to build a global program that is scalable, visible, and provides the right level of support to all key stakeholders

  • Partner with LinkedIn managers to consult, influence and manage contingent workforce related matters

  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to advise on workforce management strategy and ensure that operations continue to meet new talent engagement needs and business initiatives

  • Conduct business reviews with top program users of all types of CWs (ie. OSP, ICs, Contractors, Professional Services)

  • Drive program level project initiatives

  • Conduct CW program training sessions

  • Drive content creation on CW Program eLearning platform

  • Drive adoption and awareness of CW brand and reinforce its mission

  • Facilitate resolution of CW relations issues, accommodation requests, investigations, and other HR issues for CWs

  • Deliver business insights and recommendations based on labor market and data-driven analysis to the business

  • Proactively identify areas of risk and partner with Programs, Legal, and Policy teams to drive solutions to mitigate such risks

  • Partner with internal communications and security teams on communications that impact contingent workers and supplier community

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in Contingent Workforce program management, HR Management, or Strategic Sourcing in a Professional Services category.

  • 1+ years' experience working with a geographically dispersed team

  • 1+ years' experience managing multiple global projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contingent Workforce Business Partner or HR Business Partner experience

  • Experience working among various Contingent Workforce classifications and operations

  • Effective communicator with a superb ability to consult and influence

  • Self-Starter and able to drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base

  • Extensive experience with outsourcing/offshoring including vendor management, vendor transitions, Statement of Work (SOW) development, contracting, changing pricing models

  • Strong leadership, organizational and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent analytical skills with the capability to process high amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions

  • Creative thinker; drives problem solving, productive discussions and solutioning in difficult or ambiguous areas

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of initiatives and strategies

  • Robust sense of accountability; sound personal judgment, capacity to handle confidential information appropriately

  • Demonstrated presentation skills across various levels of senior management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $130,000 to $210,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
