We are seeking a skilled Truck Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication, welding, and assembly of truck bodies and components, along with paint and bodywork expertise. This role involves cutting, welding, assembling, and finishing custom truck builds, ensuring top-tier quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble truck bodies, frames, and other components based on blueprints and specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on various metals (steel, aluminum, etc.).
• Cut, bend, and shape metal parts using saws, plasma cutters, and press brakes.
• Install structural components, brackets, and reinforcements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Work with hand and power tools to grind, finish, and fit parts.
• Perform bodywork, including sanding, priming, and preparing surfaces for paint.
• Apply paint using spray guns and ensure proper color matching and finish.
• Repair dents, dings, and imperfections to ensure a smooth final product.
• Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and other fabricators to troubleshoot and refine designs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, and bodywork.
• Experience in automotive or truck painting and body repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating fabrication machinery (brakes, shears, plasma cutters, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Welding certification (AWS or similar) is a plus.
• Experience in truck or automotive fabrication, painting, and bodywork is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and electrical systems is a bonus.
