Job Responsibilities :

As a Customer Service & Logistics Executive, the incumbent has to facilitate the CS&L branch team in meeting its Targets and ensure CS&L delivers on service levels to the customers of the company, at the lowest Supply chain costs. He should be driving Master data governance, VMI adherence, and stock connectivity by engaging with multiple stakeholders like ABLMs, BLMs, transportation team, warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Master data governance :

• Master data maintenance & updates

• File preparation for Month end billing day wise plan, Potential NRR

• Material determination (vb12) master update

• E order sheet - Excel

• SAP Route Code creation

VMI portal handling :

• VMI Averages file - Creation & Upload

• OGD Master Updation

• Customer - SKU norm days upload in VMI Portal

• New customer addition in VMI

• VMI issue resolution

WH coordinations and follow ups

• Raise Issue resolution tickets for WH issues

• Critical stock connectivity tracking

• Follow ups for manual bills payment

• POP, promo, critical SKU tracking

• POP tracking

Must-have:

• Graduate, Science background eg. BSC IT

• Proficiency with microsoft excel, google suite

Good-to-have:

• Preferred experience with SAP and logistics

• Warehouse and transportation management proficiency
