About the Role:

As a CBRE Fire & Security Officer, you will work with management to help plan and coordinate the fire safety operations of a large or high-profile property.

This job is part of the Security and Fire job function. They are responsible for the physical security and fire safety of the organization or other tangible assets.

What You’ll Do:-

■ Ensure all Firefighting and safety related documents & SOPs are available at site duly updated.

  • ■Conduct fire & safety audit as per schedule in the building and share details with PM/FM.■Assist security manager in conducting fire evacuation drill bi-annually at site with maximum participation of occupants.■Ensure all incidents not just related to Fire and safety is reported correctly as per timelines specified.■Share concerns of end user (meet at least 2 persons per day)■Limit / Minimise escalations to Nil and share report with PM/FM.■Share innovations/Ideas with PM/FM related to Security.■Share inputs with regard to site information and operations pertaining to Security with PM/AFM■Timely submission of Vendor documents/reports to PM/FM■Ensure conduct of training on Fire and safety to the concerned staff on regular basis.■Taking round in fitout floors and to brief vendors.■Daily briefing & training to fire marshal.■To manage safety and security of the premises.■Submission of all reports (daily, weekly, monthly).■Fire marshal briefing.■Equipment check and upkeep.■Ensure all Firefighting and safety related documents & SOPs are available at site duly updated.■Conduct fire & safety audit as per schedule in the building and share details with PM/FM.■Assist security manager in conducting fire evacuation drill bi-annually at site with maximum participation of occupants.■Ensure all incidents not just related to Fire and safety is reported correctly as per timelines specified.■Share concerns of end user (meet at least 2 persons per day)■Limit / Minimise escalations to Nil and share report with PM/FM.■Share innovations/Ideas with PM/FM related to Security.■Share inputs with regard to site information and operations pertaining to Security with PM/AFM■Timely submission of Vendor documents/reports to PM/FM■Ensure conduct of training on Fire and safety to the concerned staff on regular basis.■Taking round in fitout floors and to brief vendors.■Daily briefing & training to fire marshal.■To manage safety and security of the premises.■Submission of all reports (daily, weekly, monthly).■Fire marshal briefing.■Equipment check and upkeep.

What You’ll Need:

  • The Candidate should have completed the course either from SFTC, Mumbai or NFSC, Nagpur Institute.

  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
