Global Markets Group is the offshoring arm of Morgan Stanley’s Sales & Trading businesses in India. It covers functions across IED ranging from those associated with sales, trading, analytics, strats to risk management. * *Primary Responsibilities ** The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the EMEA Transaction Management Group during London hours in relation to the Structured Products and ETP businesses. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active, and self-motivated person to assist the team in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities for this role would involve:

· Dealing with trade approvals using various systems and applications.

· Managing the various steps of the trade flow, including coordinating with lawyers and others in the team, to ensure trades are sent out for settlement in a timely manner.

· Dealing with document requests and documentation reconciliation.

· Working closely with Sales, Trading, the COO team and Operations on matters relating to the structured products business.

· Managing legal documentation such as Final Terms and Pricing Supplements.

· Filing electronic trade documents and maintenance of deal folders

· Assisting with post trade related matters, for example, performing trade reviews

· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to all the above

Skills required (essential) ** · Graduate/MBA with 3-4 years of experience of experience in structured products, but candidates with experience in derivatives, repackagings or securitisations may be considered. · Candidates should have excellent attention to detail. · Candidates must have worked in a fast-paced environment and be able to work to tight deadlines. · Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. · Proficiency in English is a must. · Candidates must be organised, pro-active and be able to multi-task. · Proficiency in Excel required. · Proficiency in a European language (e.g., German, French) preferred but not mandatory.
