The Water Solutions Supervisor is responsible for the water treatment system corrective and preventive maintenance on a national level. Lead coordinating person for water treatment-related concerns and issues. Creates and reviews the policies and SOPs for the water treatment system and standards. Project lead for water solutions.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepares the preventive maintenance targets

• Prepares the technical project outlines for the water treatment system

• Provide guidance in the corrective and preventive maintenance activities for water treatment system

• Project lead person for water products

• Conducts project site inspection, planning, timeline, and GANNT chart

• Coordinates with the AP regional Water Solutions team and maintains a project folder

• Provides material and equipment list

• Conducts project presentation

• Conducts user training

• Leads the product commissioning

• Manages the service provider service contracts

• Supports marketing and purchasing on the products' evaluation

• Participates in the planning, installation, and integration of dialysis equipment and/or water treatment systems.

• Serves as an effective team member and role model for other team members

• Compassionate with the needs of other team members, may perform other duties as required or assigned

Qualifications:

• A graduate of Electronics Engineering degree, or equivalent

• With at least 4 years of experience in the field

• AutoCAD or Visio skills

• Ability to network with customers

• Thorough understanding of project management

• Preferably with fluency in English, verbal and written

• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

• Ability to provide an out-of-hours service to hospital, clinic, and/or patients

• You may be required to attend meetings or conferences from time to time which may be inclusive of weekends

• Experience in working with water treatment systems is preferred
