Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPA & Solutions Developer to lead our digital transformation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to streamline business processes, reduce manual labor, and improve operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. Your expertise in tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, Python, PowerApps, and other related technologies will be essential for the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using tools like UI Path, Power Automate, and similar platforms.

• Develop and integrate custom automation scripts using Python, Selenium, and other programming languages.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and find opportunities for automation.

• Conduct feasibility studies and create comprehensive automation strategies.

• Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting quality and compliance standards.

• Adhere to coding standards and process automation best practices.

• Monitor deployed solutions for performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

• Suggest and implement enhancements based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in RPA development or designing automation solutions.

• UI Path certification is highly preferred.

• Proficient in RPA tools such as UI Path, Power Automate, and PowerApps, with familiarity in other platforms like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere.
