Description:

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The AC Technician is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments

Qualifications:

Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management desirable.

Minimum 2 years work experience as AC Technician in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant

Electronic control minor repair and maintenance.

Electrical knowledge of motor controller.

Good knowledge of all types of AC equipment.

Mechanical knowledge.

Knowledge of BMS and CMS.

Troubleshooting of Electrical control circuits.
