Schedule Details:Mon- 0945-1845 Wed- 0645-1845 Thurs- 0645-1545 Fri- 0800-1630 (WMH) About Us: The Outpatient Therapy department services Waukesha county at several locations including clinics affiliated with Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Mukwonago Hospitals. We employ 15 occupational therapists. Clinic staff provide care for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and medical diagnoses, seeing patient from infancy through late adulthood. Many specialty services are offered including lymphedema therapy, pelvic floor rehab, Biofeedback for pain management, and two specialist Certified Hand Therapists. They also provide specialty care to the pediatric population for complex medical, congenital, orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and sensory processing disorders. Responsible for the accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the medical record system. Supports patient care delivery in the areas of scheduling, insurance verification, and support services. Ensure patients are fully ready to have successful interactions when they come in for a visit.
