Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team. This entry-level position involves performing pre-pour inspections on products prior to pouring and post-pour inspections to ensure readiness for the customer. The role includes representing the customer within our factory, testing concrete and raw materials, leading QC meetings, and following up on corrective actions. You will also be responsible for organizing documentation, coordinating with production on schedule changes and errors, assisting in conducting QA audits, and training plant employees on concrete technology and QC requirements. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Perform pre-pour inspections on products to check reinforcing, insert, and hole locations.
Conduct post-pour inspections to ensure product readiness for the customer.
Represent the customer within the factory.
Test concrete and raw materials as needed.
Lead QC meetings and follow up on corrective actions.
Organize all documentation related to quality control.
Coordinate with production on schedule changes and errors.
Assist in conducting QA audits.
Train plant employees on concrete technology and QC requirements.
Essential Skills
Knowledge of quality control processes.
Experience with concrete and rebar.
Ability to perform general labor tasks.
Troubleshooting skills.
Experience in production and construction environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general labor.
Knowledge of concrete technology and quality control.
Ability to organize and manage documentation.
Strong communication skills for leading meetings and training sessions.

Work Environment
This position is based indoors with working hours from 7am until the job is done, usually around 5pm, Monday through Friday. Steel-toed boots are required and will be provided upon conversion.
