Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Through high-quality academic exchanges, provide experts with information and data related to the treatment field and Gilead product science, education and research, including scientific data and research progress.

• Identifies and develops regional and national opinion leaders to align with Medical Affairs Plan of Action (POA), support clinical trials and contact for article publication.

• Assists with sales force training at national and regional levels.

• Organize academic conferences, assist in organizing or participating seminars and medical education activities.

• Assist to the internal training in the field of treatment and Gilead products regionally and nationwide.

• Actively involve in post-marketing data generation, work on internal and external cooperation, discussion, and supportive activities on data generation.

• Works collaboratively with Gilead personnel in Sales, Marketing, Clinical Research, Global Safety and Medical Communication

Knowledge, Education and Experience

• Advanced degree (i.e. MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, NP/PA) preferred or may have a BS in pharmacy or BS/MS nursing with varying levels of clinical and/or industry experience

• Relevant experience must include at least 3 years clinical practice experience

• Strong market insight and business acumen

• Clinical patient contact experience is highly desirable

• Industry experience desirable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills are required

• Experience in collaboration in matrix environment

工作职责：

• 通过高质量的学术交流，为专家提供治疗领域及吉利德产品科学、教育和研究相关的信息和数据，包括科学数据、研究进展等。

• 识别、培养国家、区域KOLs，与医学事务行动计划（POA）保持一致，支持临床试验、联络文章发表事宜等。

• 组织召开学术会议，协助组织或参与讨论会及医学教育活动。

• 协助在全国、区域开展治疗领域及吉利德产品的内部培训。

• 积极参与上市后的数据生成活动，就数据生成活动开展内外部合作、讨论和支持。

• 与吉利德销售、市场、临床研究、全球药物安全等跨部门团队开展合规有效的合作。

知识、经验和能力要求：

• 拥有临床医学或基础医学硕士及以上学历，对肿瘤领域有深入研究。

• 在医药公司或医疗机构从事相关医学工作3年以上，有临床背景者优先，有乳腺癌领域相关工作经验者优先。

• 较强的商业洞察力和业务敏锐度。

• 了解临床试验设计的基本原理。

• 学术沟通能力及学术影响力强。

• 流利的普通话和英语书面和口头表达能力。

• 具有在矩阵式团队环境中协同工作的丰富经验。
