As a Concierge at Alila Napa Valley, you will be a vital part of our guest journey, providing expert knowledge, personalized recommendations, and impeccable service. You will be responsible for enhancing our guests' experience by arranging everything from dining and transportation to exclusive wine-tasting tours, spa services, and more. Working closely with our team, you will also have the unique opportunity to promote our resort’s amenities and services, helping to elevate and personalize the guest experience while contributing to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet guest warmly and provide personalized service with attention to detail, helping with dining reservations, transportation, activity planning, and local attractions.
· Anticipate guests needs and personalize their experience by offering tailored recommendations, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations.
· Assist with the coordination of VIP services, including making special arrangements, handling high-profile requests, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
· Act as an ambassador of Alila Napa Valley, sharing in-depth knowledge of local attractions, wine regions, and cultural experiences in Napa Valley.
· Manage guest inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone, email, in-person) ensuring swift responses and a high level of hospitality.
· Work closely with other hotel departments, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
· Comply with Alila Napa Valley’s policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
· Previous concierge or guest services experience, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
· Strong local knowledge of Napa Valley, including restaurants, vineyards, wineries, attractions, and cultural events.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure, providing thoughtful and creative solutions to guest needs.
· Flexibility with working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
· Basic knowledge of property management systems is preferred.
· Ability to work well independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds, such as luggage, packages, or guest belongings.
Frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling to assist guests with requests and handling deliveries.
Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
Must have clear vision and hearing to interact with guests and provide assistance effectively.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including exposure to varying temperatures when assisting guests with transportation or deliveries.
