The THAAD program is a Legacy program for BAE Systems and has been around for 20 years and will be in the manufacturing phase for another 10 years (at least!!). This program is combat proven and serves a critical role to protect the United States and its allies - and we need your help to continue to accomplish this mission.

We are actively hiring for a 2ND SHIFT operator to support our fine/gross clean operations. This role will support the critical drumbeat for downstream operations and enable our time delivery to our customer.

The role is focused on second shift (4/10 schedule - 3pm-1am) at the Nashua, NH facility and offers flexible start times to align with the needs of the Manufacturing organization. Does this sound like a role for you? Apply today and come join the team!

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• High School Diploma and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience

• An ability to work with large complex builds and possess good manual dexterity requiring the use of both hands

• An ability to read and interpret work instructions

• 2nd Shift: 3pm -1am

• Currently possess a secret clearance

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• A strong candidate will be able to:

• Comfortably use the computer

• An ability to read step-by-step work instructions from the computer

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
