Job Title: Production Supervisor
Pay: $32hr
Shift: 2nd shift: (3:30am-11:30pm)

Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the activities of press operators and other production staff to ensure efficient and timely production. Monitor and maintain Press equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections of the production line to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process. Train and mentor new employees on press operations and safety procedures. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination for shift operations.
Responsibilities

Knowledge of printing industry standards, procedures, and best practices
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve press-related issues
Proficiency in using press equipment and related software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role within the printing or manufacturing industry overseeing at least 15 employees
Six Sigma certification
Employee management experience with teams of 15 or more
Scheduling experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
