Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a range of mechanical and electrical skills, as well as the ability to work with various hand tools and digital measuring devices. This position requires availability working hours from 2:30pm to 10:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks as outlined on a task list with minimal supervision.

• Utilize basic mechanical skills, including the use of wrenches, sockets, and grease guns.

• Conduct O-ring replacements and ensure the safe operation of various hand tools, electric or otherwise.

• Apply basic electrical knowledge, particularly in low voltage and control voltage systems.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using tape measures, digital calipers, micrometers, and feeler gauges for accurate measurements.

• Enter and close work orders using basic computer skills for record keeping.

• Work reliably on Saturdays as needed, with notice provided each Thursday.

Essential Skills

• Basic mechanical skills.

• Knowledge of wrenches, sockets, and grease guns.

• Experience with O-ring replacement.

• Basic electrical knowledge (low voltage/control voltage).

• Industrial maintenance experience.

• Ability to safely operate various hand tools, electric or otherwise.

• Basic to intermediate measuring skills using tape measures, digital calipers, micrometers, and feeler gauges.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance background of a couple of years.

• Experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, schematics, HVAC, blueprints, PLC troubleshooting, PLC control, electrical troubleshooting, and three-phase systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
