Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Nashville, TN, is looking to hire multiple Pharmacy Technicians to work in their call center ASAP!

Details:

• Onsite position in Nashville, TN

• Monday - Friday

• 9:30a - 6p or 10:30a - 7p

• CPhT (PTCB or NHA Certification) or Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license required

Description:

• Handle 80+ outbound calls per day

• Interact with patients and doctors

• Confirm prescriptions

• Answer questions about prescriptions

• Enter prescriptions into database

• Work on a scripted outbound dialer

• Verify insurance
