Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling financial statements and documents, drafting disclosure footnotes, navigating audits, and assisting with year-end audits. Additionally, the Accountant will support corporate accounting functions, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and balance sheet reconciliation. Key Responsibilities: Compile and prepare financial statements and documents, including statements of cash flows, income statements, and balance sheets. Draft disclosure footnotes on financial statements and provide examples of findings. Navigate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Support year-end audit processes and collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and information. Assist with corporate accounting tasks, including preparing journal entries, maintaining the general ledger, and performing balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification preferred. Proven experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, and audit processes. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with corporate accounting and financial reporting. Familiarity with audit procedures and regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
