Magnolia Bluffs Casino LLC Guest Room Attendant in Natchez, Mississippi

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer services and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for Guest Room Attendant. This position will report directly to Housekeeping Supervisor, and will be responsible for: 

  • Thoroughly clean hotel rooms and bathrooms according to department procedures
  • Sort, count, fold and/or carry linens for making guest beds.
  • Stock housekeeping carts with supplies.
  • Replenish supplies in hotel room and bathroom per hotel procedures.
  • Dust furniture, wash walls, ceiling and woodwork, wash windows and sills, door panels.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to waste disposal area.
  • Report any problems immediately to Hotel Housekeeping Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all lost and found items are turned in to be logged.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Interact with guests on occasion while cleaning guest room. 
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following: 

  • A high school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize. 
  • Ability to lift/carry 50lbs 
  • Position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, carrying and use of stairs. 
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays. 
  • Ability to obtain and uphold state gaming license(s).

Casino employees may be required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License. Cost of license is covered by Magnolia Bluffs Casino, LLC. Travel to Jackson, MS will be mandatory for this licensing process.
