JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greets and seats our guests in the restaurant in a friendly and efficient manner.
• The Hostess is responsible for all takeout orders in the restaurant.
• Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
• Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner at the end of the shift.
• Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Restaurant Managers and/or Supervisors.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.

Other:

• Able to lift and carry 30 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
