Aerotek Order Picker in Neenah, Wisconsin

Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for picking orders using cherry pickers at heights up to 30 feet. Additionally, you will assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading trucks using sit-down forklifts and manually stacking pallets. This role requires lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Neenah, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Work hours are 1pm-9pm from Monday to Friday, with current overtime extending from 5pm-5am for 5-6 days a week. The role is set in a manufacturing environment with large equipment and requires comfort with heights up to 25 feet. Expect variable conditions such as temperature changes, dust, and noise. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas, and the campus is closed for all breaks with no exceptions.
