Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Tax Department supporting a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $18.00
What's the Job?
Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage correspondence and schedule appointments efficiently.
Assist with the routing of tax workpapers to interns for processing.
Maintain a tidy reception area and conference room.
Support the team with basic clerical functions and supply management.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work reliably within set hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
