Summary

We are seeking a skilled

HVAC Technician to join our team at Real Estate Plus, Inc. This position is vital in ensuring the optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our managed properties. The HVAC Technician will play a key role in maintaining comfort and safety for residents while upholding our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct routine inspections of heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with property managers to schedule maintenance and repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with all types of refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing service records.
• Willingness to stay current with industry trends through ongoing training.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
