Posting Summary | The Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy is looking for a Full-time non-tenure Clinical Assistant Professor in Oncology at the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The Oncology Faculty member would work with the Hackensack University Medical Center clinical pharmacists and medical staff to optimize the care of adult oncology patients. There are currently six faculty members at Hackensack University Medical Center in the areas of Organ Transplant, Critical Care, Oncology and Pediatrics. The Faculty member would have an active role on the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and other committees related to practice area. This role would also be involved in the education of medical, nursing and pharmacy staff (including pharmacy residents), in special projects, medication guideline and order set development, etc. Excellent communication skills are required. Hackensack University Medical Center is a 781-bed teaching and research hospital and is part of the Hackensack Meridian Health, which is affiliated with Rutgers University-New Jersey Medical School. Hackensack University Medical Center is the largest provider of inpatient and outpatient services in the state of New Jersey . |
