Actalent Construction Project Coordinator in New Hope, Minnesota

Job Description

We are a General Construction company based in Minneapolis, MN. As a growing company we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will assist the Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and President with a variety of tasks, including coordination with projects, clients, field personnel, and subcontractors. The Project Coordinator will support projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth and efficient progress.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of projects, clients, field personnel, and subcontractors.

  • Support Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, and the President with various tasks.

  • Help manage projects from initiation to completion.

  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and project documentation.

  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in commercial construction or administrative support role.

  • Proficient in software such as Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, MS Project, and Procore.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Highly detailed and organized.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
