The Manager, Sales Operations is a highly visible role within the commercial organization of ITCI. This role will be responsible for managing various Sales Operations components including the Field Recognition program, Field Communication HUB for inbound requests to the team from field leadership, the Sales Cost Center Budget, and our Project/Field Calendar. This role will be responsible for a high level of communication with internal team members and key ITCI stakeholders outside of Operations. This role will manage the integration of various workstreams, ensuring constant prioritization of deliverables and requiring a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Field Recognition Program

  • Manage the Field Recognition platform which includes ongoing development of the program and ongoing management of usage

  • Engage with senior leadership on program usage and quarterly/yearly reporting, including presenting to compliance and IC Committee colleagues.

Field Communication HUB

  • Manage Field Communications HUB and respond to all Field Leadership requests within 48 hours of receipt

  • Partner with Sr Mgr. of Operations to ensure all industry requirements are up to date (i.e., HCPs fully licensed/credentialed before lapsing)

  • Ensure all fleet matters are timely and efficiently processed by Fleet Vendor by following our agreements with them

  • Lead communication with Field Employee and PDMA vendor when there is an audit or finding that requires follow-up (collaborate with Sr Mg of Operations)

Budget Management

  • Develop and monitor Yearly Budget for all of Sales Cost Center (Field, Operations, and Training); which includes managing headcount request

  • Responsible for monitoring fleet vehicles re-sale value to identify when ITCI should sell vehicles (partner with Sr Mg of Operations)

  • Responsible for pro-actively highlighting trends in spend to lead discussions to ensure departments stay within approved budget

  • Develop and present Yearly and Quarterly budget updates leaders including the VP of Sales

Project Management/ITCI Master Field Calendar Management

  • Manage overall project plan which captures team’s deliverables. Ensure projects are tracking to meet the requirements of the field sales team. This requires a solid understanding of how all aspects of Sales Operations works (Targeted, Incentive Compensation, etc.)

  • Manage ITCI Field’s Calendar. This Calendar is the main resource all commercial teams use to learn the various deliverables to the field. Along with managing, this individual will be responsible reaching out to any department if there is conflict which proposed timeline

  • Partner with IT on development of the tool and ongoing management of confirming it is up to date

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3+ years of Sales Operations Experience

  • Understanding of Sales Operations processes

  • Field Sales representative sales experience is a plus

  • Solid understanding of Pharmaceutical Sales roles, terminology, and processes

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint. Ability to create Pivot Tables is required. (VLOOKUP Preferred)

  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.

  • Experience working in a matrix environment managing projects that run simultaneously and are interdependent while maintaining operational integrity.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic small company environment

  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external customers

  • Demonstration of a high level of character and ethics to support company values.

Manager, Sales Operations Base Salary Range: 90K-140K
