Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in Hanover, PA. This role has become available due to expanding business needs. The position offers two shifts: Monday-Friday from 6am-2:30pm and Monday-Thursday from 12pm-2am. As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by accurately selecting, mixing, staging, and packaging various components. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and ability to work collaboratively with the team will be essential to achieving daily production goals.
Responsibilities
Accurately select, mix, stage, and package various components in support of the production/manufacturing process.
Perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying.
Maintain a positive attendance record and a strong work ethic.
Execute daily production goals with a proactive and can-do approach.
Perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell setup/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling.
Adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality production standards.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
