Full Job DescriptionOur client, a well-known agency, is looking for a freelance Account Supervisor to join their team through May 6th, with potential to extend! This is a fully remote, 40 hour per week role (working EST or CST hours).The Account Supervisor will:-support integrated programs, including earned media and social media-understand digital / paid media solutions, influencer marketing, and PR / social content-act as day-to-day lead for client, and drive execution of key client programs and deliverables-reply to clients in a timely manner, and set expectations / next steps-manage multiple fast-moving projects, and own presentation preparation (ensure materials are correct + on-time)-create earned media outreach plans, message development, management of activations, and training of spokespersons for media interviews-oversee quality + operational performance of accountsThe Account Supervisor has:-ideally 4+ years of experience in account management, with specific experience working on paid, earned, and social media activations (even better if you have experience working on a CPG or retail client)-strong written / verbal communication skills, and ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders-ability to work with outside agencies (shopper agencies and paid media agencies)-40 hours per week of availability, through May 6In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
