The salary range for this role, based in New York is $107,360.00 to $147,600.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Brand Manager of Skrewball will be responsible for leading strategic planning and execution, breakthrough innovation, and playbooks aligned to the brand's iconic DNA. He/she will exhibit a general manager mindset and will be responsible for leading key projects that will aim to achieve two critical goals; a) build brand equity and, b) drive brand performance through long term profitable growth both in the US and globally.

This exciting role requires a dynamic Brand Manager who has shown strong strategic, marketing, commercial and operational mindset, who is consumer centric and can balance thinking strategically with the key execution priorities on the business including but not limited to the following:

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Own and deliver the annual strategic planning process. Lead the development of breakthrough consumer centric programs.

  • Deliver NPD projects, from concepting to design and delivery. In addition to product & design development, take a lead role in the creation of global marketing strategy and tools to launch NPD in key markets.

  • Lead the roll out of packaging restage, delivering packaging restage & suite of Hygiene Assets for markets to support the launch, including new brand world. Create a global launch review to assess performance in market.

  • Work alongside Marketing & Creative Content team to design and roll out new Brand World, - ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Lead product restages within the portfolio, working collaboratively with cross functional teams, from Manufacturing, Legal & Finance, to manage projects from design to delivery via the NPD Stage-gate process.

  • Develop, deliver, and iterate plans continuously with a resourceful, obsessive, and fearless mindset with a focus on proving the case for brand expansion.

  • Perform analysis/construct research programs and derive implications to ensure marketing programs/expenditures meet KPIs. Consistently seek to improve the existing programming.

  • Develop brand Annual Operating Plan and Consumer Engagement Platform; Manage brand P&L, drive A&P spend guidelines.

  • Ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness of brand programs, in coordination with Director of Multicultural & Inclusivity.

Key Competencies

  • Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience / Background: 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, or a related field, preferably in the wine and spirits industry or a CPG environment.
  • Required Skills/Competencies: A successful individual will d a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across functions with passion and enthusiasm. Strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles, results driven, and a bias for action with a pilot/learn/scale approach. Individual needs to possess strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a typical office environment, with limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual acuity required for correspondence and computer terminal usage.

  • Travel: 30% of travel.
