Business Operations Manager with Spotify USA Inc. 4 World Trade Center, 150 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007*Telecommuting permitted: Work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Spotify office in New York, NY.Job Duties: Build and maintain processes for forecasting, planning and execution of cross-functional campaigns, including the budget controlling for Latin America. Build and maintain a robust internal reporting cadence of the key financial, business and content indicators relevant for the multiple functions operating in Latin America. Create easily digestible data visualizations, charts and presentations to be used in internal reporting to key stakeholders. Build statistical and machine learning frameworks (SQL, Time-series modeling, and Python) to analyze Latin America market performance, evaluate growth, and scope new market opportunities. Analyze large sets of data via BigQuery, distilling them into actionable insights for the Latin America teams. Lead the work with cross-functional and multi-market stakeholders to process results, frame data, and provide context for quarterly business reviews. Evaluate and execute strategic regional opportunities in identifying and solving operational problems in the organization structure and internal communication plan.Position requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Music Business, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related role.
