New York University Clinical Assistant Professor in New York, New York

New York University Dentistry seeks applicants for a full-time faculty position on the clinical educator track (non-tenure) in the Dr. Ignatius N. and Sally Quartararo Department of Endodontics. The faculty in this position will primarily provide laboratory and clinical instruction to the pre-doctoral program as well as some clinical and seminar instructions to post-graduate endodontic students. Scholarly effort will be expected as a part of the employment, by participation in research efforts of the Department and/or other scholarly work in consultation with the Chair.

Candidate must have completed a post-doctoral endodontic program and be Board-eligible or a Diplomata of the American Board of Endodontlcs. Successful candidate must hold or be eligible for a New York State dental license, or a NYS Restricted Dental Faculty license through the New York State Department of Education. Desirable qualifications include a M.S. and/or Ph.D.; record of publication and scholarship; and clinical teaching experience.

NYU College of Dentistry offers excellent benefits. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $130K - $190K. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
