Electronic Environments Director of Sales & Marketing in New York, New York

Marketing

  • Outreach/Channels/Effective Campaigns

    Define the Selling & Proposal Process

  • Client/Project Intake Method

  • Streamlined Product Mix in Proposal Templates

  • Accuracy and Profitability of Proposals

  • Use of Required CRM & Proposal Software

    Manage The Sales Team

  • Lead, Manage, Accountability for a Team of 4 Professionals

  • Following Processes & Procedures

  • Using CRM & Updating Sales Pipeline

  • Roll-Up Sales Forecasting Across Team

  • Meeting or Exceeding Quota

    Assist The Sales Team

  • Client Interface as Necessary

  • Cover for Members during PTO/Absence

    Collaborate With Other Teams

  • Engineering: System Standards, Chosen Products, Product Database

  • Logistics: Vendors, Product Availability, Use of Existing Inventory

  • Accounting: Impact of Department Actions in Finance

    Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent . Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

  • 7-10 years of experience in the residential CI or consumer AV industry preferred.

  • Experience with ConnectWise a plus.

  • Attention to detail

  • 5yrs+ of Sales Team Management (Not just sales!)

  • Experience with Consumer Electronics a Plus!

  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, ConnectWise a Plus!

  • Ability to handle multiple pr iorities and processes simultaneously.

  • Supervisory and management experience required.
