Required Skills:

Global Outsourcing Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Meta to strategically develop, implement and optimize outsourcing and vendor management solutions.

  2. Act as a strategic thought partner for a continuously evolving business.

  3. Work effectively with Meta business teams as the primary Source to Pay business partner and category expert, addressing supply chain and supply market opportunities.

  4. Actively identify, track and manage issues and risks for the projects.

  5. Identify, develop and deploy industry-leading supplier management, procurement and category management practices.

  6. Prepare and manage outsourcing documents, contracts, statements of work and related procurement documents.

  7. Drive legal, financial and technological aspects of outsourced programs.

  8. Lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company.

  9. Ensure program success through strong performance management and governance methodologies, in collaboration with the business.

  10. Balance business requirements versus technical constraints and maximize business benefits.

  11. Manage complex outsourcing projects (including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of projects).

  12. Establish strong collaborative relationships with Global Outsourcing Category Teams, Contract Management Teams, Procurement Operations Teams, and Procure to Pay to develop sound operational processes.

  13. Ensure regional/local processes are aligned to Meta’s global operating model.

  14. Understand and apply policies, standards and practices established for vendor management.

  15. Build and cultivate strategic relationships with key suppliers.

  16. 12% domestic travel required.

  17. 4% international travel required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering Management, or a related field and 36 months of job offered or in a supply chain management-related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Experience must include 36 months involving the following:

    1. Legal, financial, and technology components of outsourcing
    1. Planning, outsourcing, negotiating, contracting, and supplier management
    1. Working with and building successful relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional groups, and third parties
    1. Driving change and improving end-to-end processes
    1. Working in a global and virtual environment, both internally and with suppliers
    1. Program management, vendor accountability, and optimizing performance
    1. Negotiating, and breaking down cost models and the drivers of ROI and
    1. Covering the Global Outsourcing market.

Public Compensation:

$178,746/year to $193,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
