• Analyze sales performance and provide insights to develop tailor made strategies to drive the growth of Kering Eyewear Brands in North America
• Liaise constantly with the Sales Management team of Kering Eyewear for all KPIs related to the strategic expansion of the business and distribution: sales targets, performance, new doors, etc.;
• Create and maintain the Distribution Scorecard for the Kering Eyewear Brands;
• Evaluate and approve customers request for carrying Cartier eyewear products;
• Manage business projects included but not limited to Category and Distribution analysis, integration and synergies opportunities with the broader portfolio of Kering Eyewear;
• Work with the direct manager and the Head of North America in defining, monitoring and evaluating key performance indicators to help optimizing company strategy planning and execution;
• Work closely with HQ in specific GTM projects with an impact on the North America region, under the supervision and guidance of the VP of Business Development and Go-to-Market;
• Partner with our regional marketing team to ensure our sales organization is supported in the Go-to-Market and brand distribution with localized marketing materials;
• Support the sales organization and the different Distribution Channels on ad hoc requests and questions;
• Support the VP of Business Development and Go-to-Market in the preparation of Business Reviews and other strategical reports.

This position requires domestic travel 10% of the time to sales events across the United States.

Requirement: Salary offered ranges from $79,789 - $145,000 per year. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or foreign equivalent, Plus 6 months of experience as a marketing specialist in a luxury eyewear company.
