About the role

The Multinational Global Business Analytics Manager is a key position in the Multinational Chief Operating Office leadership team responsible for the strategic and on-going delivery of Multinational’s portfolio, performance, and profitability insights and reporting as well as to ensure availability of key data are met across Multinational’s end to end tools and applications, partnering closely with wider COO leadership team and Multinational Service Delivery Leads.

The Multinational Global Business Analytics Manager will engage and establish critical relationships directly with products, functions and key stakeholders across the Global Network of 215+ territories and jurisdictions to support key business strategies and client needs leveraging knowledge to adjust for cross country nuances to deliver a seamless client experience across 50,000+ underlyers.

How you will create an impact:

  • Manage diverse team across multiple countries and cultures, including shared services, to closely integrate into the AIG business, setting objectives, reviewing performance, coaching, and developing.

  • Foster an environment where employees can grow and maximize their talent including appropriate training, career development, and succession planning.

  • Drive strategy and oversight to track, analyze and report key service metrics, provide and present actionable insights with continuous focus on service delivery improvement and business priorities.

  • Rationalize existing reporting and create succinct suite of Multinational portfolio, profitability, performance, and business opportunity reporting, working closely with Finance, Claims and Collections.

  • Drive strategy and execution to create systematic single source of the truth of the Multinational portfolio and performance reporting. Provide business ownership to Multinational myAIG Client Portal analytic dashboards to ensure meaningful and accurate insights.

  • Lead and contribute as a subject matter expert to key Multinational strategic projects including operations impact assessment, future state design and implementation execution.

  • Participate in Multinational’s strategic technology multi-year roadmap and sub-workstreams with a focus on ensuring data inclusion, quality consistency and timeliness, enabling process efficiencies and transparency in alignment with AIG 200 and SCUP companywide initiatives including:

  • Partner with Multinational Product, Global Service Delivery and MN Geography Leads on analytics support to enable execution and adoption of strategic and tactical initiatives with operational alignment and global consistency.

  • Work with Multinational Intelligence team to strategically integrate knowledge information into business analytics and tools to drive insights and efficiencies. Closely coordinate training content and network delivery planning and execution for relevant reporting changes.

  • Liaise with Multinational Engagement team to contribute to the Client Broker, Product, and internal stakeholder engagement strategy with data and insights. Coordinate communications and content change management with relevant enhancements in reporting and tools.

  • Support Multinational leadership team inclusive of network leadership presentations, quarterly business reviews, strategic, and budget / forecast planning.

  • Participates in Network meetings to keep Multinational community and stakeholders apprised of relevant new implementations, updates, changes etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of insurance in positions of increasing authority, with strong Multinational business and technology acumen and business analytics experience.

  • Proven capabilities to understand and connect varying data metrics, design, and articulate insightful reporting for varying seniority levels of management.

  • Firm understanding of technology and process integration concepts.

  • Experience successfully leading global technology implementation initiatives across an international network.

  • Proven experience / lead transformation initiatives / large data driven projects.

  • Strong strategic, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear understanding of AIG and Multinational’s core values and culture.

  • Firm understanding and coordination experience with finance, collections, claims and technology activities.

  • Demonstrated change agent able to identify and implement operational and process improvements.

  • Inspiring leader able to attract, engage, retain, and develop a high performing team to meet current and future business needs with ability to clearly articulate a strategic vision and execute the plan.

  • Excellent influencing and communications skills including effective engagement with senior level managers across multiple levels and areas of the company, cultures and externally with key clients and broker partners.

  • Strong cultural awareness with ability to adapt to ensure continued feeling of respect, optimizing relationships and outcomes.

For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $105,000 - $148,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
