Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Murex Application Support Analyst to join one of our financial clients in NYC. This person will be joining the team to assist the traders in real-time with the Murex application/booking system. This person should have a background within Financial Services and should have specific knowledge of the commodities space. This person will be supporting the Murex system which enables trade captures, trade validations, trade confirmations for commodities such as Oil, Metals, Gas, etc. This person must be able to work in tandem with traders and provide real-time IT help when needed. Additionally, this person should have knowledge of ticketing systems such as Servicenow, Jira, and Confluence for tracking purposes. This person must be able to work onsite in NYC 3x each week.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years' experience with Murex support experience within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of the Commodities market (US Oil, Gas, Metals)
Experience writing SQL scripts.
Strong knowledge of ticketing systems (Servicenow, Jira, Confluence).
Service oriented mindset with experience providing application support in-person. French speaking
Experience working with additional trade booking systems (ION, Calypso, OpenLink) null
