Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Salesforce Developer in New York, New York, 10001, United States. This role is primarily focused on utilizing the Salesforce platform to build solutions and manage data integrity to improve business workflows and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions within the Salesforce CRM to meet organizational needs, including email automation, tasking, engagement index, and custom solutions.

• Stay updated on the latest system capabilities and platforms, such as AI applications, to ensure organizational intelligence and processes remain up-to-date.

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand department roles and needs, and help teams become more integrated in CRM to improve business workflows and processes.

• Establish and manage a process for data integrity maintenance, ensuring error-checking queries are regularly attended for a clean database.

• Execute administrative tasks in CRM including data entry, mass loading, report building, dashboard building, etc.

• Prospect and coordinate business intelligence efforts for viable board-level candidates at Fortune 500 and tech, media, and platform companies.

• Assist in drafting e-mail outreach sequences to prospects, and organize and track pipeline activity.

• Manage Sales, CRM, and Email Vendors and user/account set-up.

• Maintain strong command of spreadsheets, CRM systems like Salesforce, project management, and data management with attention to detail.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of three years of experience in a software development role

• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform is required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

• Strong understanding of other programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript

• Ability to collaborate with teams to identify and solve software issues

• Experience with software design and testing principles

• Proven experience in managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is desirable
