Full Job DescriptionOur client, an NYC-based creative agency, is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Partnerships to join their team full-time! This will be a remote role, but you should be based within commutable distance to NYC for client meetings, brainstorming sessions, etc.The Senior Manager, Client Partnerships will:-develop, grow, and maintain existing client relationships through all project phases (scoping, negotiating, project development, execution, and delivery)-collaborate with leadership to foster relationships with new + existing clients, and identify / pursue opportunities to drive growth and revenue -act as a strategic partner, and work with creative team to translate client needs into innovative strategies-manage day-to-day communication with multiple clients across many projects, and handle all aspects of project management (creating budget scopes / estimates, developing schedules, and providing briefs)-schedule / lead client meetings + presentationsThe Senior Manager, Client Partnerships has:-ideally 5+ years of experience in an account management-relevant digital and print experience, with proven expertise leading projects at the campaign level-experience fostering + building strong relationships, and comprehensive knowledge of CRM + Email campaigns, social media, branding, and visual identity-excellent communication skills (written + verbal) and ability to present ideas to high-level stakeholders and clients-experience in luxury, financial services, or hospitality is a big plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
