The salary range for this role, based in New York is $132,320.00 to $165,400.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The position of Central Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Execution Manager is a crucial role within the Pernod Ricard USA (PRUSA) organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the broader Commercial RGM Execution community by providing a national point of coordination and consolidation with respect to pricing and promo execution.

This will take the form of defining and enabling effective ways of working, building out standard processes and templates to support commercial RGM efforts, consolidating national pricing and promo calendars, tracking pricing compliance, and being a central point of contact for price execution questions.

The successful candidate for this role will act as a key enabler to unlock the value of RGM for the business and be a crucial point of contact for pricing related topics within PRUSA. They will work in close partnership with the broader Commercial Finance organization to advance the RGM agenda and operate as a critical central control tower in relation to the timely and accurate execution of pricing and promotion plans.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Define wiring and standard ways of working of RGM execution processes through formalized quarterly pricing reviews, FOB audit process, pricing plan execution, etc.
  • Design and build best practice RGM execution tools and templates, e.g. Promo calendars, ROI calculators, pure price KPI tracking, strategy exception log, etc.
  • Consolidate state/division pricing and promo calendars into a central, national view to ensure connectivity with commercial marketing and allow for post event analysis
  • Monitor pricing compliance to strategy by creation of Shelf price tracker and quarterly price assessments (including automation and capability embedding via Power BI tools)
  • Facilitate Revenue Management mindset within Commercial Finance organization and support best practice sharing across the PR USA organization to optimize promotional spend
  • Drive action and execution of business opportunities utilizing data driven insights through collaboration with RGM execution managers
  • Acts as a central point of contact for status updates relating to Commercial pricing and promotion initiatives
  • Lead ad hoc revenue management related projects with local market and distributor teams including Project Elevate (distributor contract negotiations)

Nature & Scope

This position reports to the Director of Commercial Performance and will interact directly with PRUSA Commercial Finance teams (including both Division and State Finance leads, as well as the respective Division RGM leads), the Portfolio Finance RGM Execution team, and on occasion with distributor Finance counterparts.

This role will play an integral role in enabling the success of the broader RGM execution community and driving the RGM agenda across the PRUSA business. As such, it is critical for the individual in this role to be familiar with RGM/pricing concepts, to having a working knowledge of the US BevAl industry, be a strong influencer with a business improvement mindset, and be comfortable around a range of diverse stakeholders.

Key requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree.

- Experience / Background:

  • Past roles in pricing, operations, sales, finance and/or accounting
  • 7-9 years of experience in analytical roles within consumer products or beverage companies
  • Ability to sort, filter, and formulaically analyze large data sets (both internal and external sources)
  • Familiarity with dedicated pricing tools (e.g. PSM) as well as ERP systems (e.g. JDE)
  • Sophisticated knowledge with external data sources (Nielsen, NABCA, Numerator, etc.)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft office programs
  • Skilled in Power BI (or equivalent business intelligence solutions)
  • Skilled in project management

Working Conditions

General Office: Work is performed in a typical office environment. Limited demands for movement and lifting. Normal visual, hearing and language acuity required for correspondence and computer usage.

  • Travel estimate: 5% of time.
