Consumer Technology function to support rapid business growth. This individual would lead all technology for our various brand sites, be responsible for ensuring we have the best expressions of our brands online with a best⁃in⁃class consumer experience, transform ELC Online to operate with more speed and agility as we scale. K

EY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Make Brand Sites Best⁃Rated in Industry ⁃ high⁃touch, omnichannel experiences that are aspirational and drive brand equity/loyalty

2) Build an optimized e⁃commerce experience. Operationally excellent end⁃to⁃end with automation and intelligence to drive repeat, retention, higher customer LTV

3) Deliver Speed and innovation at Scale across 400 brand sites. Build capabilities that give advantage on retail.com and 3rd party platforms.

4) Build Team for the future ⁃ Tech company caliber, across software engineering, digital experience, data science.

5) Build a consumer⁃centric culture in Digital Experience organization ⁃ "digital product mindset", empowered teams operating with a lean software methodology, data⁃driven execution and rapid iteration, operational excellence.

6) Foster a collaborative work environment and focus on the details.

7) Enable the organization to grow while maintaining culture.

8) Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives.

9) Provide success in partnering teams with dramatically varying backgrounds, from the highly technical to the highly creative.

Qualifications

Minimum Education level: Master's or PhD

Required Language Proficiency: English Licenses or Certifications:

Additional Job Specifications: (e.g.: physical demand, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc)

⁃ 20+ yrs of progressive and cumulative experience

⁃ Deep digital/eCommerce background of super high caliber (on par with Amazon, Google standard)

⁃ Strong vision for the future of technology and consumerism

⁃ Proven product development leadership for consumer⁃facing web and mobile companies who are entering the growth and scaling phase.

⁃ Demonstrated experience and expertise in building teams from zero to 100 people and managing platforms that scale to handle millions of visitors and transactions.

⁃ Design thinking and agile development methodologies

⁃ Rapid iteration and learning to lead to the best, most efficient results.

⁃ Maturity and wisdom to be a strong partner to brand and regional teams

⁃ Experience designing an eCommerce technology roadmap and executing the vision behind it.

⁃ Experience instilling a culture of ownership, collaboration, and results.

⁃ Track record of recruiting top talent in tech and digital
