Valvoline Global Operations Headquarters is located in Lexington, KY. We prefer local candidates working in-office (hybrid 3x a week schedule). We are also open to candidates working in a remote capacity, but willing to visit HQs as needed.

How You’ll Make An Impact

E-commerce and other emerging selling models are growing at Valvoline Global Products. As a member of the exciting, growing Valvoline Global Marketing team, this position will be responsible for delivering best-in-class search execution. This individual will have their hands-on-keyboard designing strategy, executing, optimizing, and reporting on Valvoline Global Products Paid Search campaigns. This individual will have weekly contact with the Director, E-commerce and Digital Media, and regular contact with the Valvoline Global Operations Marketing, Direct to Consumer, and Valvoline Brand Equity teams. They will also maintain the relationship with Google and other publishing partners to ensure Valvoline Global Operations strategies and tactics are executed with best practices and winning in Search vs competition.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating keyword and copy strategy

  • Designing and executing ongoing Search testing and optimizations. Maintain and monitor keyword bids, audience targeting, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.

  • Managing, reviewing, and performing daily responsibilities associated with Google Ads/Search and Bing Search.

  • Report Search performance.

  • Keeping pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.

  • Strong communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related area.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing and executing paid search campaigns.

  • Skill mastery in paid search campaign management.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • The ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Ability to explain complex search strategies and tactics in simple, understandable ways.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Bi-lingual, ability to read/write English and Spanish language

  • Experience managing paid search campaigns in-house for a large organization

  • Google Search Certification

  • Experience in other forms of digital media (i.e. Social, Programmatic, Online Video)
