Job Title: Warehouse Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to ensure efficient warehouse operations. This role involves handling materials, operating forklifts and cranes, and ensuring the timely staging and shipping of materials.

Pay: $21.64 an hour//Paid Weekly!!!

Overnight shift: 9pm - 5am- Looking to hire immediately!

Responsibilities

• Pulling and staging materials for production.

• Final packaging of materials.

• Operating forklifts or side loaders to move materials.

• Operating overhead cranes.

• Staging materials for outbound shipping.

• Ensuring all daily deadlines are met before leaving.

Essential Skills

• General production experience.

• Forklift operation experience.

• Material handling skills.

• Shipping and receiving knowledge.

• Experience in truck loading.

• Crane operation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Regular attendance.

• Basic math and reading skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to lift and flexibility to complete warehouse tasks.

Work Environment

The work environment is a heavy industrial setting that can be dirty, with open doors. It can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Employees must meet daily deadlines before leaving. The dress code includes mandatory steel-toed boots, work pants, and shirts that you don't mind getting dirty. All other PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, and ear and eye protection will be provided. The position is for the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday from 9 PM to 5 AM. Training is conducted over five weeks across various shifts to ensure comprehensive safety and process understanding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.64 - $21.64/hr.
