Aristotle Capital Management Senior Associate, Fund Operations - Aristotle Investment Services in Newport Beach, California

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Fund Operations to join our team.

The Senior Associate, Fund Operations will be responsible for providing support for the Aristotle Funds Distribution and Operations teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Respond and work with internal teams on Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) from business partners.

  • Maintain RFP/DDQ response database.

  • Run comparison reports and hypotheticals for distribution teams and internal audiences.

  • Compile and review monthly/quarterly fund data.

  • Monitor large trade information for internal teams.

  • Support data requests from Client Portfolio Managers.

  • Assist with annual Prospectus and SAI review/update.

  • Review monthly fund data provided by transfer agency.

  • Fulfill ad hoc requests from distribution teams and other departments for product related inquiries, such as performance reporting, product characteristics and creation of product content.

  • Provide support in new product development and product rationalization projects, by gathering research and preparing reports on industry/competitor analysis, product positioning and other industry developments.

  • Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages.

  • Ensure timely completion of all distribution team deliverables.

What You Will Need:

  • 2 years of experience in financial services, preferred.

  • Experience with Morningstar Direct, Responsive, MPI Stylus, eVestment, and Barclays Live, preferred.

  • College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box and meet deadlines.

  • Self-starter, strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Motivation and ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a changing environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and anticipate and respond to product and operation related requests.

  • Business writing and ability to communicate effectively based on audience (verbal and written).

  • Demonstrate computer proficiency including basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to use multiple programs concurrently. Adept at learning new technical skills and systems.

Compensation Range: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00, plus discretionary bonus.

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, education, internal equity, and physical work location within the state.

This is a hybrid role, based in our Newport Beach, CA office.
