Our client, a very diverse and global non-profit organization, is seeking a Controller to join their team.

About the organization:

The org is established and yet still growing. It has a diverse and somewhat complex structure, allowing some interesting accounting treatment - multiple sources of funding, international, consolidations, healthy endowment, etc. All things that lead to an exciting accounting leadership role, but with some great culture, work/life, and mission.

About the position:

You will be a key leader in the Finance group, responsible for leading the team (4+) responsible for critical functions – general accounting, month end reporting, grants/revenue management, audit/tax review, federal and state compliance, and internal controls. You will ideally dive into the new ERP tool to gain more efficiency in the overall processes.

You will play a pivotal role by providing management support and guidance for all accounting matters. You will develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures associated with these areas.

  Requirements

Requirements for the position:

• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience

• CPA a must.

• Non-Profit a must

• Strong leadership experience is needed.

• Strong enterprise financial system experience needed. (Oracle, Workday, etc)
