Description:

1.Assists the Director of HumanResources in the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division,ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the DepartmentalOperations Manual are strictly adhered to.

2.Assists in making sure that the hotelis adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.

3.Assists in making sure thatgovernment-stipulated employee legislation is strictly followed andimplemented.

4.Manages the hotel's employee welfareprogrammes, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive inthe local market place.
