Primary Responsibilities:
Interacting with Business Analysts, SMEs to understand the Business Process and Business Rules
Be able to manage concurrent development and mentor resources technically
Working with On-Site tech leads and project managers
Prototyping and rapid development techniques
Be able to take the decisions and end to end responsibilities of the deliverables
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Working experience in Agile environments and follow best practices
DevOps: Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
Knowledge of Java FSD,Python
Data Engineer, knowledge of PySpark, Databricks
Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Proven solid analytical skills to interpret data requirements and translate into technical solutions
Proven passionate about working with people and developing talents, mentoring and building high-performance teams
Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
