Primary Responsibilities:

• Interacting with Business Analysts, SMEs to understand the Business Process and Business Rules

• Be able to manage concurrent development and mentor resources technically

• Working with On-Site tech leads and project managers

• Prototyping and rapid development techniques

• Be able to take the decisions and end to end responsibilities of the deliverables

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Working experience in Agile environments and follow best practices

• DevOps: Working experience in CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)

• Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams

• Knowledge of Java FSD,Python

• Data Engineer, knowledge of PySpark, Databricks

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, deployment and monitoring

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies

• Proven solid analytical skills to interpret data requirements and translate into technical solutions

• Proven passionate about working with people and developing talents, mentoring and building high-performance teams

• Proven excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration and stakeholder engagement
