Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Payable team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Norcross, GA

Pay Range: $25 per hour

What's the Job?

• Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors

• Perform various clerical duties such as making copies and filing documents

• Have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies

• Assist with month-end closing activities

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
