Job Description

Responsible for supervising the Accounts Receivable work unit and ensuring all established goals are met. Responsible for maintaining quality control in the Accounts Receivable office by auditing refunds, adjustments, cash reports, monthly accounts to collections reports, third party billing and monthly reports for timeliness, accuracy, and appropriate support. To prepare quarterly writeoff list and prepare/submit annual tax debt set-off report in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure the accuracy of perkins loan funds recorded with Perkins loan servicer.
