A successful candidate for this position has basic knowledge in manufacturing logistics and is open to learning and growing in a team environment. They can work within a team as well as independently, have a passion for continuous improvement, and be the face of Quest Global to your customers. Candidates will listen to customer’s problems, build on the experiences you have personally had, and then develop innovative ways to solve their manufacturing problems.

  • Communicate with appropriate groups to coordinate and complete daily tasks

  • Monitor open purchase orders and correct any issues that prevent material being release

  • Analyze SAP data for material discrepancies and take appropriate action to correct data.

  • Manage ongoing support requests and high-level administrative needs.

  • Generate reports and upload data into storage database

  • Compile quotes for customer approval and submit for invoicing

  • Create repair orders and pull appropriate data from repair travelers

  • Track shipment per established guidelines

  • Document changes to standardized processes when changes arise

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Associates degree required. Students approaching achievement of a degree with applicable work/internship experience and available for full time work will also be considered.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills are required.

  • Occasional weekends and holidays coverage required

  • Enjoy people and dynamic teams with diverse experiences. We have fun together!

  • US Citizen required due to the nature of the work

Desired Skills:

  • Hands on experience in material management recommended

  • Knowledge within SAP is preferred

  • Candidates should be self-starters and possess a strong desire to continuously learn while working under minimal direction.

  • Candidates should have the ability to work in a warehouse environment as the position will be based between office and floor settings
